Parking
Valet Parking is provided at a rate of $5 per car.
Music
We have a state of the art sound system designed with flexible
sound capabilities and a complete selection of music that supplies
DVD, CD, and cassette playback throughout the house. We also feature
a Digital Jukebox. You may also bring in a DJ or live music with
prior approval from the special event's office or we can arrange
the service for you at an additional charge.
Games
Hollywood Billiards is proud to feature 32 Gold Crown tournament-sized
pool tables, 2 Foosball tables, Air hockey, Darts, Mega touch
Bar Top, and an awesome coin operated arcade room that can also
be set on free play for special events at an additional charge.
We are also able to provide services for a Pool Instructor or
Tournament Director for an additional charge.
Viewing Screens
We are proud to feature 1 - 61" projection screen in Club
5750, 5 - 35" and 3 - 27" Sony WEGA flat screens in
the Sports Bar, 4 - 27" Sony TVs in the main bar on the 1st
level, 2 - 53" HD projection TVs in the main room 1st level,
4 - 24" Sony WEGA flat screens in the main room 1st level,
1 front-projection screen, 1 - 27" Sony WEGA flat screen
in the VIP Room, 3 - 27" Sony WEGA flat screens in the 2nd
floor bar, 3 - 61" HD projection TVs on the 2nd floor, 3
- 35" mobile TVs for courtyard viewing. We can also provide
DVD or 3/4" VHS viewing capabilities.
Desserts
All desserts are homemade and baked daily. You may decide to bring
in your own cake, and a flat cake-cutting fee of $10.00 will be
charged for each cake.
Food, Bar & Beverage Service
Hollywood Billiards has a full service kitchen, 2 full service
bars, serving a selection of 32 draft beers using the Perlick
system and a full selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
We can arrange satellite bars in specific locations in the club
at an additional charge. We can accommodate wristbands for special
events. Please see the attached form for a complete listing of
beverage options available. No outside food or beverage may be
brought into Hollywood Billiards. Outdoor grilling available.
Decorations
You may bring in floral arrangements or we can provide this service
at an additional charge. Signs and banners may be brought into
the club with prior approval from the special event's office and
hung under management supervision. Any items brought into Hollywood
Billiards must be removed immediately after the event. If any
items are left overnight, Hollywood Billiards assumes no responsibility
for any missing or damaged items.
Rentals
Rentals or special equipment may be brought in for a special event
at Hollywood Billiards with prior approval from the special event's
office. We can arrange for rental service to be provided at an
additional charge. Dance floor available.
Deposit/Cancellations
A signed contract and an estimated 50% deposit of the total cost
of the party is required to guarantee your event. Parties are
not confirmed until both a deposit and a completed contract is
received. Your contract may be canceled 45 days prior to your
event, and your full deposit refunded. If the cancellation is
less than 45 days prior to your event, your deposit is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to your event,
you will be responsible for 100% of your estimated total bill.
Guarantees
Final guest count is required 5 business days prior to your event.
You will be charged based on the guaranteed number of guests or
the actual number in attendance, whichever is higher.
Final Balance/Payment
Your final event balance is due and payable 5 business days before
your event. Additional food and beverage decisions made during
your event can affect the cost of your final bill. Any additional
charges made to your event are due at the conclusion of your event,
unless other arrangements have been made in writing, prior to
the function. Hollywood Billiards does not accept or offer Direct
Billing. Payments may be made either by cash, company check, or
credit card. We accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover or AMEX.
Entrance Fee
Clients may not charge an event or entrance fee on Hollywood Billiard's
premises without receiving a written consent from the owner.
Service Fees/Sales Tax
All parties are subject to a 20% service charge and 8.25% sales
tax on food & beverage.
